Try it yourself, and all you find are utilities that purport to cure a multitude of PC ills and make grand claims of improved performance, faster boot times and enhanced privacy. Interspersed among the few useful posts out there are links to a smorgasbord of PC clean-up and optimization utilities; some are worth downloading, but most are not.
